Hourly fees are charged for editing.
	Flat, per project fees may be charged for proposal writing, some manuscripts, and consultations.
	A percentage of the advance and royalties may be charged for manuscripts sold to publishing houses.

In all cases, we will have a written agreement with a payment plan that includes opt-out clauses for both of us at regular intervals.
